As Therigy’s Product Manager, Ken Sakal is responsible for the development and delivery of new product ideas and feature concepts that meet the needs of the Specialty Pharmacy community.
A proponent of Value Proposition, Lean, User Centered and Agile-based product development methodologies, Ken brings a fresh perspective to the product and software development life cycle processes. With experience ranging from working at a large B2B travel company (with $2.2 billion net revenue and locations in 180 countries) to owning his own small business, Ken’s vast range of organizational knowledge helps bring an understanding of the right approach to fit the situation.
Before joining Therigy, Ken managed a universal traveler profile product, focused on consolidating the unique needs of business and leisure traveler preferences and itineraries under a single non-point of sale specific profile. Before that, he was the Product Manager for the API services of an international shipping company, consolidating the diverse needs of national and international shippers into a single user friendly API. Ken’s experience also includes acting as an Implementation Services Manager, managing the efforts of implementation specialists responsible for installing and configuring document automation software for major insurance and financial institutions both nationally and internationally.
Ken earned his B.S. in electrical engineering technology from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
